Phoenix Mills Plans 5-Star Hotels

A consortium let by Phoenix Mill is close to singning a pact with Marriott for its Kurla project. The project goes by the name of Phoenix Market City. In the total 25 acr hotel will occupy three lakh sq ft....The total expenditure for the hotel is 350 cr. it will have 250 rooms and will commence operation mid 2010.
